To celebrate the launch of the new Rata Room group facility, we’ve got two great discounted packages for your next Executive Wilderness Retreat or large Wilderness Gathering.
These packages are based on two nights, and prices are available weekdays from May to September 2024.
Executive Wilderness Retreat
2 Night Package for 8-11 people from $840pp
- Exclusive use of the Rata Room and IT equipment, WiFi
- Two nights single occupancy in large ensuite rooms
- All meals, including dinner, working style lunch, morning and afternoon tea & breakfast
- Korero - 20-minute talk about the forest history, the lodge, sustainability & conservation
Wilderness Gathering Package
2 Night package for 14-40 people from $470pp
- Exclusive use of the Lodge and Rata Room with IT equipment, WiFi etc
- Two nights twin share (40) or single occupancy (up to 20 pax).
- All meals, including dinner, working style lunch, morning and afternoon tea, breakfast.
- Korero - 20-minute talk about the forest history, the lodge, sustainability & conservation.
Get the most out of your team
In between meetings, the team can unwind by exploring the native bush, take in the birdlife, and rich history and heritage, or relax by the fireplace.
For the more adventurous, cycle a section of New Zealand’s best 2-day mountain bike trail – The Timber Trail.
The Lodge
The lodge is centred on a large multi-purpose room with an expansive deck, creating a flexible and relaxing space for your event. Sleeping up to 45 people in double and triple rooms, your guests will have a comfortable stay with us.
We pride ourselves in providing exceptional full board catering, and we have a fully licensed bar onsite. Talk to us about your requirements and we’ll work with you to craft your ideal menu.
The Rata Room
The Rata Room is a purpose-built facility, perched behind the lodge, backing onto beautiful native forest and with a view across the valley.
The meeting room is 8m x 7m and comfortably seats 14 people with tables in boardroom layout, or larger groups seated conference style.
With wifi, 65-inch TV screen, projector, white board, flip charts, sound system and video conferencing capability, so you’ll have everything you need to get the work done.
