Don’t Have Your Own Bicycle? No Problem!
Choose a bike suited to the Grade 3 terrain of the Timber Trail. We recommend a mountain bike with knobbly tyres and at least front suspension.
Our modern, well-maintained fleet includes standard mountain bikes, hardtail e-bikes and premium full-suspension e-bikes.
Every bike hire includes:

*Toolkit incl. spare inner tube
*All-inclusive bike insurance
Please note:
*We do not stock step-through bikes.
*Panniers cannot be fitted to our bikes.
*Smaller e-bikes have limited space for water bottles, so we recommend carrying a backpack or hydration pack. We have packs available.

Trek Roscoe 7 – Hardtail Trail Fun
A capable hardtail mountain bike that is well suited to the Timber Trail.
Stable, durable and easy to handle, the Roscoe is a good choice for riders who are comfortable riding without electric assistance and want a straightforward mountain bike for the full trail.
Best for: confident riders looking for a quality non-electric bike.
Bikes can be booked on their own or added to one of our packages. If you’re staying at the Lodge, a package is the easiest way to organise your accommodation, transport and bike hire together.

The Marlin+ is a great option for riders who want help on the climbs and a little more energy left to enjoy the journey.
