Booking Notes

Please note that our online booking system is not currently compatible with mobile phones. To complete your booking, please use a desktop or laptop computer, or contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Operational Update: Fuel Pricing & Booking Adjustments

We recognise that the current fuel disruption is impacting businesses, households, and travel across New Zealand and globally. We are working to minimise the effect on our customers while continuing to deliver a high-quality experience.
In the short term, we will focus on optimising lodge and transport operations to run as efficiently as possible. This may include adjustments to bookings to ensure transport services and accommodation operate with suitable numbers.
Due to ongoing uncertainty around fuel supply and pricing, we reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge to all new bookings made from 20 April 2026 onward.
