Group Bookings

The Timber Trail Lodge is not only ideally placed for a comfortable stay while biking the Timber Trail, it’s a unique venue for a multi-day, off-grid, business conference, party or any group gathering.

Surrounded by nature and adventure, the lodge is an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking serviced accommodation in a tranquil environment.

Whether you are planning a family reunion or birthday celebration; an offsite team training session or an incentive trip for your best clients; the lodge’s spectacular location, friendly onsite team, and relaxed atmosphere, make it the ideal destination for your group’s 2017 gathering.

Currently we are able to sleep a total of 45 people. 11 rooms have ensuites and 9 rooms have shared bathroom facilities.

Deep in the centre of Aotearoa’s North Island, in the middle of nowhere, is a very special place.

Photo of a man taking a photo of a group of cyclists, arms around each other smiling. Inception!

The lodge is easily accessed by road and central to many North Island locations. However, once they are onsite and booked into their rooms, your group will enjoy the remote and unique wilderness atmosphere, whilst appreciating the comfortable off-grid facilities.

We can help arrange a guide to be involved with any of your group’s activities. Please mention this when booking. We can also organise bike hire and shuttle transport if you are wanting to ride some or all of the Timber Trail.
